Your email verifies your membership. Your member card identifies the account at the restaurant. Reservations are linked using their private booking links; membership does not confirm a table or booking status. Keep sign-in codes and booking links private. คะแนนและสิทธิ

Points and rewards are available only after activation, under the earning rules displayed in your account. Submitted receipts earn points after approval. Reservations and deposits do not automatically earn points. This release does not automatically expire points. Points are not cash and cannot be transferred between accounts through the website. Each reward has its own cost, minimum spend, availability, dates and terms. A reward request holds points for 10 minutes; staff confirmation deducts them. Cancellation or expiry releases the hold. One reward may be used per receipt. Corrections, cancellations and refunds require review and recorded adjustments. Contact the restaurant to review a transaction.

We store your email, name, country or region, preferred language, optional contact details and birthday month/day, linked bookings, receipts, point and reward transactions, and operational records to manage your account and verify service. Authorized staff access information for their duties. Website, database and email providers process information needed to deliver the service. Email marketing is optional and can be changed in My details; sign-in verification emails remain necessary. Contact the restaurant to request access, correction, deletion or account closure, subject to identity verification and any transaction retention required by law or disputes.
